Your responsibility as an operator

When you self-host openagent.email, you operate your own mail server. That means deliverability, IP and domain reputation, and compliance with applicable anti-spam and email laws are your responsibility, not ours. Don't use the software to send unsolicited bulk email.

The content on this site is provided for general information. We may change or remove it at any time. Links to third-party sites (GitHub, npm, and others) are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the openagent.email project and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software or this website.
